Project Overview

The RPA Cargo Quote system was a quick and inexpensive solution to provide an efficient and user-friendly form for sales reps to have the ability to quickly generate quotes from sales leads. Sales reps wanted the ability to generate quotes on the go, so a mobile-friendly application was a must.

RPA sales custom enclosed cargo trailers with over 500 available options. The form needed the ability to dynamically render options based on previous selections and also needed to dynamically render the total price of all selected items.

Order Form

Due to budget considerations, we built an order form using JotForm. Jotform has the ability to build the logic necessary directly into the form and is mobile-responsive out of the box. This also gave us the ability to quickly build automation to send emails to customers and manufacturers to assist in the ordering process.

Final Outcome

The final product, while lacking the ability to scale, was a reliable and efficient solution, satisfying all of the requests of RPA Cargo, increasing the response time of the sales team, cutting down on errors in the ordering process, and simplifying the entire sales pipeline.
